At Pretty Nova Nails, we carefully craft natural and handmade products specifically for each order. Due to the nature of our products and because they are prepared upon request, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Reasons for Our Policy
Hygiene and safety: As these are cosmetic products for personal use, returns cannot be accepted in order to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Handmade production: Each unit is crafted manually using natural and premium ingredients, making every order unique and exclusive.
Custom orders: Since products are made to order, they cannot be resold or reused once delivered.
Shipping Responsibility
We make sure to prepare and ship all orders in perfect condition. However, Pretty Nova Nails is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over.
We recommend that customers carefully review their shipping address. If any issue occurs during transportation, we will communicate with you to assist.
Exceptions
Claims may only be considered if the product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect. In such cases, photographs and notification must be sent within the first 24 hours after receiving the order.
